    I just realized that my address is incorrect, what should I do?

    You should contact us immediately via Etsy Conversations with the correct address. Usually, we are able to change the address. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address.

    Once you realize your address is incorrect, you should also change it within the Etsy System to guarantee that future purchases will ship to your new address.

    My mug was delivered broken, what should I do?

    Mugs rarely arrive broken, but if your mug happens to be broken upon arrival, we will fix it! You should immediately take a picture of the broken mug within the original packaging and send it to us via Etsy Conversations. We will send you a replacement for free :)

    We do not accept returns on printed merchandise unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.

    If your item(s) arriving broken, damaged, or has a personalization mistake, you do not need to return the items. We just require you to send us a picture of the issue, and will send a free replacement as soon as possible.

    We do not accept exchanges or returns at this time unless something is wrong with your order. Also, we do not refund orders that are late due to post office delays. But please reach out to us as we are always willing to help our customer figure out where their order is :)
